My P E. 32 x 12 is very sound and in good condition. First used in September 05 it has been in contious useby myself throughout the Holiday Park's season usually from 1st March until 1st January Constructed on a galvanised chassis it is built with double glazing and gas fired central heating from a "combi" boiler.

The original layout is the same.

Comprising of two bedrooms 1 double and one with twin beds. Visitors accommodation in neat fold away lounge Dbl sofa/ bed, all the mattresses  have yet to be used and are still in original packing. Open plan lounge and dinning area with an adjacent kitchen spacious enough to cook in!

Shower room and wc complete the tour indoors,

 Very light and airy The views from the lounge are most pleasing (see top picture) and welcoming.

I have added a 28ft x4ft veranda that includes a 6ft wide newly decked area at the scenic end large enough for occasional teak table and chairs. Included are two matching external storage containers,  one for large twin gas bottles with automatic change over and the other for  garden impliments and whatever!

Optional extras are the containers that are used for flowers and shrubs. several are low maintenance such as Honey Suckle, Jasmin and 4 types of Clematis. These amongst the many others that I attend to offer in addition to natural beauty some privacy. Internet Radio TV signals along with satellite dishes recieve good signals depending on service provider.

The asking price is £13000.00, and the P E will be available 3 weeks from a deposit being paid and completion of sale is in progress with the Park Owners  approval and acceptance of  the Park Owners terms and conditions.
